What Makes RUCA Special?

by | Feb 12, 2026 | School Culture, Uncategorized

RUCA is special because we are a small Christian school. We have a strong community where teachers and students have relationships with one another, allowing students to have more individual attention than they would have in public school. Our teachers can even adapt the curriculum and activities to the interests and needs of the students to help them learn. Students engage more, grow confident in themselves, and grow confident in their faith.

They’re also able to develop lasting relationships across different grade levels due to how small our school is. RUCA is a supportive environment where students can come alongside their fellow peers and help them grow. Everyone is friendly with one another and knows each other, making RUCA feel like a family.

In larger schools you can’t fully build relationships with your teachers or all of your fellow students, but at RUCA you can do both. RUCA’s strength is its small Christian-based community; it isn’t just a school but a home for its students and teachers.
